    • Twin. Alexander and Helen INGLIS where twins, born 25th July 1865 at Adelaide - Helen only lived for 3 yrs. Alexander worked as a stockman at Elatina in the Wilpena area. Then was a carter and contractore in the Hawker district from 1892 - 1896. He went to Broken Hill with his mother in the early 1900's and after her death in 1905 returned to Sourth Australia and went farming at Merriton. In 1915 he married Charlotte Elizabeth NOBLE (1879-1943) and took up land on Kangaroo Island. They had no children. He died there 4 years later.
