  • Notes
    • Harry Willows was the last of the arcadian river dwellers on the Warren river which flows to the east and south of Pemberton before entering the Southern Ocean. He had been a stockman with the Duracks in their epic cattle drive from Queensland to the Kimberleys.

When you compare the climate of the Kimberley with that of the karri forest, old Harry was probably the first of the true "alternative lifestylers" to head for the tall timber country.

Today he is remembered by the name of an insignificant bush track, called "Willows Road."
