  • Notes 
    • Jessie SPENCER was a very good machinist, making dresses and in fact almost anything in the sewing line. She had a wonderful ability to cut out and fit, and also had a wonderful talent to make artificial flowers, rugs and cushions, also very good at craft work. Also was a splendid flower gardener. (Pot plants etc. had green fingers with everything, also knew names of most flowers grown in the bush as well as at home.

      Also a very good cook and housewife — her home was always a credit for anyone to see.
