  He was in the RAAF/RAF as wireless operator operating from Tempsford airbase in UK. This was all very secret as they were dropping agents/supplies/propaganda into Germany and France. Ruth ANDERSON attended the 2012 memorial held at the Melbourne Shire of Remembrance for this group.
