    • m:21.07.1836 in Hobart TAS William Joseph SAYERS (c1820-1885). They had 1 daughter, Rosa (1839-1900)
Emigrated 19.12.1839 in "Moffatt", departed London 26.08.1839 and arrived with husband William SAYERS 19.12.1839 at Port Adelaide.
Divorced from William Joseph SAYERS 1861 - 84/168
She was the guardian of her grandaughter Topsy, who lived with her prior to Topsy's marriage to John LONGSTAFF.
Mentioned in father Benjamin's will of 1875. [1]
    • Sarah Wickham married William Joseph Sayers in 1836 in Hobart.
William Joseph Sayers (1812 - 1885) arrived in Hobart around 1834 with his father, Zachariah and 3 other siblings. I have his death certificate that says he was married twice. No details on first marriage only that there were 2 children. One dead and one living(Rosa?). He was born in Romford in 1812.
I have no documents to confirm his life between 1838 - 1862.
